Jill Welch's singing and songwriting style is known to leave a lasting impression and a desire to hear more. She is a cancer survivor and had a second chance with love with her high school sweetheart.
From deep in the Panhandle of Texas, where she was born and reared, to the far reaches of Ireland's coast where she has ventured, along with many stops here, there, and in between, listeners are captivated by this artist. Jill's gripping vocals, stellar lyrics, poignant guitar playing and the occasional move to the piano are a startlingly rare combination.
Her contribution to Beautiful Faith, "Seeds," began as a heart wrenching song about the loss of her good friend, Van Stephenson. It has since become about so many others who have been so inspirational in her life. Hoping to inspire those who are victims of human trafficking, all proceeds from "Seeds" will be donated to Free for Life Ministries, which provides safe houses for victims.
